CPM330 R01 Conveyer width 300mm and Conveyer speed control with Adjustable high pressure chemical spray  bars on the Top side and Bottom side. Filer bag 5um to ensure the continuous operation and included water spray rinse unit for cleaning.

เครื่องฉีดพ่นน้ำยาเคมี ส่วนประกอบต่างมีดังนี้
1) Load conveyer พร้อม Speed control motor
2) Chemical spray unit พร้อม Vertical chemical pump 1KW และ ระบบกรองน้ำยาเคมีความละเอียด (Fileter bag) 5micron ปรับแรงดันชุด spray ได้ทั้งด้านบนและด้านล่าง และหัว Spray nozzle แบบพิเศษวางเรียงสลับกันเพื่อให้สามารถฉีดลงบนผิวงานได้ทั่วทั้งแผ่นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
3) Water Rinse ล้างน้ำเพื่อล้างเคมีที่ติดกับแผ่นงาน
4) Unload conveyer  
ตัวเครื่องทำจาก PVC วัสดุทนต่อการกัดกร่อนทางเคมีสูง และระบบส่งกำลังด้วยเพลา stainless steel ส่วนลูกกลิ้งทำจากแกนแกรไฟท์ (Graphite shaft 10mm) ชนิดพิเศษพร้อมลูกยางทนเคมี  หัว Spray nozzle แบบ V ทำจากวัสดุ PE เชื่อมันได้ในเรื่องความทนทาน

การใช้งานเบื้องต้น

3.เปิด Switch Pump (ON) เพื่อให้มอเตอร์ปั๊มทำการฉีดพ่นน้ำยาไว้

4.เปิด Switch Power (ON) เพื่อจ่ายไฟฟ้าไปยังระบบ Conveyer

5.หมุนปรับความเร็ว (Speed) ในการขับเคลื่อนแผ่นงานให้พอเหมาะ

6.นำแผ่นงานวางใส่ทางด้านเข้าของ เครื่อง

7.รับแผ่นงานด้านทางออกของ เครื่อง
